Job Description

1. Inventory Audits

Perform physical verification of stock in warehouses against system records (WMS/ERP). Audit cycle count procedures and validate discrepancies. Track inventory damages, write-offs, expiry and scrappage with approvals and documentation. Evaluate inbound and outbound process compliance for inventory integrity. Assess segregation of client stocks, SKU labelling, shelf-bin alignment, and quarantine protocols.

2. Ready-to-Go (RTG) Consignment Audits

Conduct random and scheduled audits of RTG consignments across dispatch areas. Ensure RTG consignments match dispatch notes, system entries and client SLAs. Check compliance with cut-off times, trip plans, and route allocation.

3. Branch Cash and Petty Cash Audits

Ensure physical cash tallies with records and supporting documents (vouchers, bills). Verify adherence to cash handling SOPs and escalation protocols.

4. SOP and Process Adherence

Conduct detailed audits of operational processes across warehousing, transportation, reverse logistics, etc. Evaluate process compliance against client SLAs, internal KPIs Identify gaps in SOP adherence and provide recommendations for improvement.
Work with process owners to implement corrective actions and process enhancements

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
