Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular and surprise audits across retail stores and warehouse.
Verify physical stock with system records and maintain accurate documentation.
Track stock transfers between stores, warehouse, and service centers.
Identify and report discrepancies such as missing, damaged, or miscounted items.
Inspect watches for authenticity, serial numbers, packaging, and condition.
Ensure compliance with inventory SOPs and recommend process improvements.
Coordinate with store teams, warehouse, and management for audit-related support.
Monitor slow-moving, fast-moving, and aging stock to support decision-making.
Prepare and submit detailed audit reports on a timely basis.
Assist in external audits and provide required data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in inventory or stock auditing (retail preferred), and Freshers can apply
Experience in watch retail or luxury products is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and numerical skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and inventory management systems.
High integrity, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Willingness to travel to multiple store locations.
