Job Title:

Stock Audit Executive - Accounts

Salary:

15000-25000

Experience:

1-3 years in Stock Audit / Inventory / Accounts

Job Responsibilities:

Conduct physical stock verification and inventory audits at warehouses, stores, and client locations Reconcile physical stock with books of accounts and ERP records Identify discrepancies, shortages, excess stock, and report variances Verify purchase, sales, and stock movement entries Prepare audit reports with findings and recommendations Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit procedures Coordinate with accounts, stores, and operations teams Assist in month-end and year-end stock reconciliation

Key Skills & Requirements:

Strong knowledge of inventory accounting and stock audit processes Working knowledge of Tally/ERP and MS Excel Understanding of GST related to stock, purchase, and sales Good analytical and reporting skills Willingness to travel for site audits (if required) B.Com / M.Com

Preferred Candidate:

Detail-oriented with strong verification skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
