Job Description

The Stock and Listing Executive will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate inventory records, optimizing stock levels, and ensuring all product listings across various platforms (e-commerce or financial) are up-to-date and compliant with regulations. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and excellent coordination abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management:

Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstocking, conducting regular stock audits and reconciling discrepancies.

Listing Management:

Oversee product listings on internal and external platforms, ensuring all information (descriptions, pricing, images, SKUs) is accurate and appealing.

Coordination:

Liaise with the warehouse, procurement, sales, and marketing teams to ensure seamless stock flow and availability.

Documentation and Reporting:

Maintain detailed records of stock movements, shipments, and inventory transactions, preparing regular reports for management and relevant stakeholders.

Compliance:

Ensure all inventory handling and listing procedures comply with company policies and relevant industry/regulatory standards.

Process Improvement:

Identify and implement strategies to optimize inventory management and listing processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
