Position Overview:

The Stitching & Upholstery Technician will play a key role in the production of kids' indoor and outdoor play items, park equipment, and soft play products. This position involves working with industrial sewing machines, foam, vinyl, and other materials to create safe, durable, and high-quality play components. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in stitching or upholstery work and the ability to deliver precise and consistent results. You will collaborate closely with the production team to meet quality standards and production deadlines.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform stitching and upholstery work for soft play items, padding, and play equipment Use industrial sewing machines and handle various fabrics, foam, and cushioning materials Ensure accuracy, durability, and high-quality finishing in all products Assist in shaping, cutting, and assembling materials as required Maintain safety and cleanliness in the production area Work with the production team to meet daily and weekly targets
Candidate Requirements:

1 to 5 years of experience in stitching or upholstery work (mandatory) Experience in soft play, foam, furniture, or fabrication industry preferred Ability to operate industrial sewing machines Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team
