Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & Supervision

Supervise daily stitching operations for leather shoe uppers as per production plan Allocate work to stitching operators and helpers based on skill level Monitor production output and ensure targets are achieved Ensure smooth workflow between cutting, stitching, and assembly sections
Quality Control

Ensure stitching quality meets company and buyer standards Check seam strength, stitch density, alignment, and finishing Identify defects such as skipped stitches, uneven seams, or leather damage Reduce rejection and rework through continuous monitoring
Machine & Process Control

Ensure proper use and maintenance of stitching machines Coordinate with maintenance team for machine breakdowns Ensure correct thread, needle, and stitch type for different shoe styles
Manpower Management

Train new stitching operators and helpers Motivate team to improve productivity and efficiency Maintain discipline, attendance, and safety on the shop floor
Coordination & Reporting

Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Planning teams Maintain daily production and quality reports Communicate issues related to materials, machines, or manpower
Safety & Compliance

Ensure safety procedures are followed in the stitching area Maintain clean and organized workstations Follow factory compliance and audit requirements
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
