Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven and quality-focused

Stitching Line Supervisor

to lead our stitching operations for

home textile products including bedding, bedsheets, and curtains

. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing stitching teams, ensuring output quality, and achieving production targets in a textile manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage daily operations of the

home textile stitching line

, including products such as

flat/fitted sheets, quilt covers, pillowcases, and curtains

. Allocate tasks to stitching operators based on skill level and product specifications. Monitor

line balancing

to ensure maximum productivity and minimal downtime. Conduct regular

in-line quality checks

to ensure adherence to stitching standards for various home textile items. Provide on-the-job training to operators to enhance productivity and minimize errors. Enforce discipline, maintain workflow continuity, and ensure workplace safety compliance. Liaise with

cutting, quality control, and finishing departments

to coordinate smooth production flow. Maintain records of hourly production, downtime reasons, and defect rates. Submit detailed daily reports to the Production Incharge regarding line performance and issues.

Requirements:

Minimum 4-5 years of experience supervising stitching lines in a

home textile

unit. In-depth understanding of stitching techniques for

bedding items and curtains

. Strong knowledge of

sewing machine types

used in home textiles (e.g., overlock, flatbed, hemming machines). Proficient in handling style/size changes and balancing manpower accordingly. Excellent people management and team leadership skills. Ability to handle pressure, maintain production schedules, and ensure product quality under tight deadlines.
