We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented stitching professionals to join our production team. The role involves operating sewing machines, ensuring high-quality stitching, maintaining speed and accuracy, and meeting daily production targets as per company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate industrial sewing machines for stitching garments, jackets, uniforms, or fabric products as per specifications.
Ensure stitching quality, alignment, and finishing meet company standards.
Follow design patterns, measurement charts, and supervisor instructions accurately.
Conduct basic machine maintenance (threading, needle changes, oiling, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness and safety in the stitching area.
Work with other departments (cutting, finishing, packing) to ensure smooth workflow.
Meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Requirements:
Minimum 0-2 years of experience in garment or textile stitching (heat press, jacket, or fashion stitching preferred).
Knowledge of operating flatlock, overlock, and single-needle machines.
Understanding of garment construction and fabric types.
Good attention to detail and quality.
Ability to work in a team and handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
