Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Stitching & Cutting Master to join our garment manufacturing team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of cutting, stitching, fabric handling, and supervising tailoring work, especially in women's wear / modest wear. Key Responsibilities: Take accurate measurements and plan cutting as per design and size chart Handle fabric cutting efficiently with minimal wastage Guide and supervise tailors for proper stitching and finishing Ensure quality standards are maintained at every stage Read and understand design patterns, samples, and reference images Manage alterations and corrections when required Coordinate with the production team to meet deadlines Maintain cleanliness and discipline in the stitching unit Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Cutting Master / Stitching Master Strong knowledge of garment construction and fabrics Experience in ladies' wear / abayas / modest wear preferred Ability to manage a small tailoring team Attention to detail and quality control Knowledge of industrial stitching machines is a plus Preferred Candidate: Responsible and punctual Ability to work under deadlines Team player with leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
