Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, kitchen, bar counters, and restrooms. Assist in setting up and clearing tables, ensuring the dining area is presentable at all times. Help with inventory management of cleaning supplies and kitchen items. Dispose of waste appropriately and ensure proper segregation of recyclables. Support the kitchen and service staff as needed, including basic food prep assistance. Follow all hygiene, safety, and food-handling standards. Assist during events, functions, or brewery tours to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:



Previous experience as a steward, dishwasher, or in a similar role preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of hygiene and cleanliness standards in a food service environment. Physically fit and able to handle long hours on foot, lifting, and washing duties. Team player with a positive and cooperative attitude. Punctual, reliable, and disciplined.
