F&B Service Associate/Steward
with strong customer service skills to join our Siliguri outlet.
Role & Responsibilities
Provide excellent guest service and table assistance
Take orders, serve food & beverages, and ensure accuracy
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in the service area
Coordinate with kitchen and cashier for smooth service flow
Upsell menu items and ensure guest satisfaction
Handle guest queries professionally
Follow brand SOPs and standards consistently
Requirements
2-5 years of experience in cafe/restaurant/hotel service
Strong communication and guest-handling skills
Presentable, punctual, and service-oriented
Ability to work in shifts
