Job Summary:

The Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dishwashing areas, ensuring all equipment and utensils are clean and properly stored.

Key Responsibilities:

Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans using dishwashers or by hand. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, storage areas, and equipment. Ensure garbage is disposed of properly and garbage bins are sanitized. Restock clean dishes, glasses, and utensils. Assist kitchen and service staff as needed. Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times.

Requirements:

Basic understanding of cleaning procedures and kitchen hygiene. Physically fit to lift and move heavy items. Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.

Job Summary:

The Captain ensures high levels of customer service by supervising the restaurant floor, taking guest orders, coordinating service, and guiding junior staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and seat guests; take food and beverage orders. Supervise and coordinate the activities of waitstaff and busboys. Ensure timely and accurate service to guests. Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly. Train and guide junior staff on service standards. Maintain cleanliness and readiness of the dining area. Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.

Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role. Strong communication and leadership skills. Knowledge of food and beverage service standards. Customer-oriented mindset and problem-solving attitude. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
