Handle store pickups.
Maintain proper grooming, uniform standards, and professional conduct.
Greet guests warmly and assist them with seating.
Present menus and take food & beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks promptly with proper etiquette.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service area.
Ensure proper table setup before and during service.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for timely service.
Handle guest queries and complaints courteously.
Upsell menu items and promote daily specials.
Drive guest satisfaction by ensuring prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
Clear tables efficiently and reset for next guests.
Follow all service standards and safety protocols.
