Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests politely and present menus
Take accurate food and beverage orders and serve them promptly
Ensure cleanliness and setup of the dining area before and after service
Assist in arranging buffet service and special functions
Handle guest queries and feedback professionally
Maintain hygiene and safety standards as per hotel policies
Collaborate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations

Requirements:

Prior experience in a hotel or restaurant is preferred
Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English
Well-groomed, courteous, and professional demeanor
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Team player with a positive attitude
