About the Role

We are seeking a polite, hardworking, and customer-focused Steward to join our team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about hospitality, maintain high service standards, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist guests with a friendly and professional attitude Take orders and serve food & beverages accurately and efficiently Ensure tables are set, clean, and properly organized at all times Coordinate with kitchen and service staff for smooth operations Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas Handle basic customer queries and concerns Follow safety, hygiene, and food-handling instructions Assist with additional service duties when required

Requirements

Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)

English communication is a must

Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills Should be punctual, disciplined, and a team player Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & handle pressure Willing to work in straight shift
