Job Summary:



The Waiter is responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience. The role requires attentiveness, good communication, and maintaining service standards of the restaurant/hotel.

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and escort guests to their tables in a professional manner. Present menus, explain specials, and make recommendations when requested. Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar. Serve food and drinks promptly and as per service standards. Ensure tables are properly set, clean, and maintained throughout service. Handle guest queries, complaints, and requests efficiently. Assist in billing, processing payments, and maintaining proper records. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area. Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards at all times. Support colleagues and work as part of the team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications & Skills:



High school diploma / Hotel Management certification preferred. Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a hotel or restaurant is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude, customer-focused, and team-oriented. Basic knowledge of food & beverage service standards. Ability to multitask and work under pressure. Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
