Job Description

An F&B (Food & Beverage) Steward ensures smooth dining operations by maintaining cleanliness, setting up/clearing tables, assisting waitstaff and kitchen, managing supplies, and providing basic guest service in hotels, restaurants, or banquets, focusing on hygiene, organization, and guest satisfaction. Key duties involve dishwashing, sanitizing equipment, restocking, supporting prep tasks, and ensuring all service areas meet health standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Dining Area Maintenance

: Setting tables, cleaning floors, sanitizing surfaces, and ensuring dining spaces are ready for guests.

Dishwashing & Sanitation

: Washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes, cutlery, glassware, and kitchen equipment.

Support

: Assisting waitstaff with water service, restocking serving stations (napkins, condiments), and helping chefs with basic prep like salads.

Inventory & Supplies

: Monitoring stock levels for supplies and reporting shortages.

Guest Service

: Greeting guests, seating them, refilling drinks, and addressing basic requests or concerns.

Hygiene & Safety

: Strictly following all health, safety, and food safety regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
