Present menus and explain dishes, specials, and seafood preparations confidently.
Take orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen/bar.
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
Refill water, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness of the dining area.
Assist the Captain and management in smooth service flow.
Handle billing and payment processes when required.
Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards consistently.
