Role Overview
The Female Steward is responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food & beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
Assist customers with menu selection
Take orders accurately (manual or via billing/app)
Serve food and beverages to tables
Maintain cleanliness of tables, serving area, and counters
Ensure water/condiments/cutlery availability at tables
Pack takeaway orders when required
Coordinate with kitchen & barista to ensure quick service
Handle billing support (optional, training will be provided)
Maintain hospitality standards of the cafe
Skills & Requirements
? Good communication & polite behavior
? Basic understanding of service etiquette
? Presentable & hygienic appearance
? Teamworking attitude
? Willingness to learn cafe service style
Experience:
Experience preferred but
freshers with positive attitude are also welcome
Age group:
18 - 30 (preferred)
Work Schedule
10-12 hours shift (with breaks)
Weekly Off provided
