Job Responsibilities of a Steward:
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, pantry, and dining areas.
Assist in setting up dining tables, serving areas, and buffets as per standards.
Collect used cutlery, crockery, and glassware and transport them to the dishwashing area.
Operate dishwashing machines and manually wash dishes, utensils, and cooking equipment.
Maintain stock of cleaning supplies and inform supervisors when replenishment is needed.
Dispose of garbage properly and follow waste management procedures.
Ensure proper handling and storage of equipment and supplies.
Assist chefs and kitchen staff by providing utensils, ingredients, and support as required.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines strictly.
Support the serving staff during peak hours by clearing tables and refilling water or condiments.
Report maintenance issues (leaks, breakages, malfunctions) to the supervisor immediately.
Work in coordination with other departments to maintain smooth restaurant/kitchen operations.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
