We are looking for polite, energetic, and customer-focused
Stewards
to join our service team at our newly launched
Turkish Cafe in Hyderabad
. The Steward will be responsible for ensuring smooth table service, assisting guests with menu choices, maintaining cleanliness, and delivering an excellent dining experience in line with Turkish hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service
Greet guests with courtesy and assist in seating them.
Present menus, explain specials, and help guests with food and beverage choices.
Take and relay accurate orders to the kitchen/bar and serve food and beverages promptly.
Refill water, clear used plates, and attend to guest needs during service.
Ensure guests have a comfortable and memorable experience.
Operational Duties
Set up tables with cutlery, crockery, napkins, and glassware before service.
Assist in maintaining service stations, counters, and dining areas in a clean and organized manner.
Follow service protocols for Turkish bakery and cafe items, including takeaway orders.
Assist in clearing tables quickly and preparing them for the next guests.
Teamwork & Coordination
Work closely with Captains, Cashiers, and Kitchen Staff for smooth service flow.
Assist with takeaway/delivery counter duties during peak hours.
Support colleagues in handling large groups and busy service times.
Hygiene & Compliance
Follow personal grooming and uniform standards.
Maintain high levels of cleanliness in service and dining areas.
Comply with
FSSAI food safety, hygiene, and cafe service standards
.
Qualifications & Skills:
0-2 years of experience in restaurant/cafe service (freshers with good communication skills may apply).
Basic communication skills in
English, Hindi, and local language
.
Well-groomed, courteous, and enthusiastic.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, team-oriented environment
.
Willingness to work in
rotational shifts, weekends, and holidays
.

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary Range:
?12,000 - ?18,000 per month (depending on experience)
