Attend to guests' needs and respond quickly to their requests.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area at all times.
Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
Handle billing, present checks, and process payments.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.
Assist in arranging buffet setups, banquets, and special events.
Maintain professional appearance and grooming as per company standards.
Uphold hospitality etiquette to create a positive guest experience.
Report guest feedback, complaints, or issues to the supervisor/manager.
Support team members and ensure smooth operation during peak hours
