Responsibility :

Greet customers warmly and assist them with menu selections. Take accurate juice and smoothie orders, including customizations or dietary preferences. Suggest specials or recommend options based on customer preferences. Enter orders into the POS (Point of Sale) system correctly. Relay juice orders to the preparation team or prepare them directly if required. Ensure timely delivery of the prepared drink to the customer. Have a good understanding of all juice and smoothie ingredients. Process payments accurately (cash, card, or digital). Provide correct change and issue receipts. Monitor ingredient levels and notify the supervisor when restocking is needed. Help with receiving and storing supplies. Coordinate with the juice preparation staff to ensure order accuracy and speed. Address customer complaints or concerns politely and promptly. Ensure every customer has a positive experience.
