Look after guests and ensure they have a good dining experience
Take orders and serve food and beverages properly
Guide and support junior stewards during service
Coordinate with kitchen and bar for smooth and timely service
Handle basic guest complaints politely and inform the Captain if needed
Ensure tables, cutlery, and service areas are clean and ready
Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards at all times
Assist in billing and closing duties when required
