Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our friendly team as a Steward. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally. Take accurate food and beverage orders, ensuring all requests are understood and communicated to the kitchen. Serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring proper presentation and temperature. Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables, chairs, and the surrounding service station. Answer guest questions regarding the menu and make recommendations based on their preferences. Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for complete guest satisfaction. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Follow all restaurant policies and procedures related to food safety, sanitation, and customer service. Work effectively as part of a team to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a Steward in a restaurant setting is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with a focus on guest satisfaction. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a strong work ethic.
