Steward Restaurant Captain Barista Shift Supervisor Assistant Manager Cafe Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards Manage POS system and handle billing (for cashier roles) Assist in preparation and serving of food/beverages Uphold brand standards and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in the hospitality/F&B industry Good communication and interpersonal skills Energetic, reliable, and a team player Willingness to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays
