Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, dishes, and glassware.
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, pantry, and dishwashing areas.
Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food prep or kitchen organization as required.
Ensure garbage is disposed of properly and waste bins are regularly emptied and cleaned.
Follow hygiene and sanitation policies strictly.
Replenish supplies such as cutlery, crockery, and cleaning materials.
Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed according to daily checklists.
Support front-of-house or back-of-house operations during busy hours if required
