Key Responsibilities
Clean and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area, kitchen, and storage spaces.
Operate and maintain dishwashing machines.
Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards.
Polish cutlery, crockery, and glassware for service.
Assist in basic kitchen and service tasks when required.
Requirements
Basic hygiene and cleaning knowledge.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Physical stamina for standing and lifting tasks.
Prior experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
