Job Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests, take orders, and ensure timely service Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and presentation standards Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints efficiently Train and mentor junior staff for consistent performance Maintain inventory and coordinate with the manager for stock requirements Ensure hygiene and safety standards are maintained at all times

Requirements:

Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in a similar role in a restaurant/hotel Excellent communication and leadership skills Strong knowledge of food and beverage service Guest-focused attitude and problem-solving skills Ability to handle pressure during busy hours Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
