Job Summary:




We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented

Steward

to join our restaurant team. As a Steward, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and service areas, supporting the kitchen and service staff, and ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the restaurant.


Key Responsibilities:




Clean and sanitize all kitchen utensils, equipment, cutlery, crockery, and glassware. Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, dishwashing area, and dining areas. Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic tasks such as food preparation and waste disposal. Handle dishwashing machines and manual cleaning as per standards. Ensure proper storage of clean utensils and equipment. Follow hygiene and safety guidelines strictly. Support service staff in resetting tables, clearing used plates, and refilling water as needed. Dispose of garbage responsibly and maintain cleanliness of waste bins. Report any maintenance issues to the supervisor promptly. * Ensure availability of clean crockery and utensils during service hours.
