Serve food and drinks promptly and professionally
Ensure table settings are clean and properly arranged
Provide menu information and answer guest questions
Coordinate with kitchen staff for order accuracy and timing
Handle guest requests, complaints, and special needs courteously
Clear and reset tables after guests leave
Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas
Process bills and handle cash or card payments when required
Follow hygiene, safety, and service standards
Upsell menu items and promote specials when appropriate
Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal
