Key Responsibilities:
Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
Wash dishes, glassware, cutlery, and kitchen tools.
Assist chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation and organization.
Ensure proper waste disposal and maintain overall kitchen cleanliness.
Refill supplies and support service staff during operations.
Follow safety and hygiene standards as per company and industry guidelines.
Requirements:
10th/12th pass or equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in hospitality/restaurant industry preferred (freshers may also apply).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
