Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen, dining, and service areas.
Wash, clean, and store all utensils, dishes, glassware, and kitchen equipment properly.
Assist chefs and kitchen staff in basic food preparation and service needs.
Ensure garbage disposal is done hygienically and safely.
Refill and stock supplies as required.
Follow safety and sanitation policies at all times.
Support the team during busy operations with a positive attitude.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Hotel Management (BHM) preferred.
Previous experience as a Steward in hospitality is an advantage.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
