Greet guests warmly and assist them in seating.
Take food and beverage orders accurately.
Serve dishes and drinks in a timely, polite, and professional manner.
Clear tables and reset for the next guests.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the service area.
Support the captain and kitchen team for smooth operations.
Follow SOPs related to guest service, safety, and hygiene.
Attend daily briefings and training sessions.
Preferred Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or Hospitality (preferred but not mandatory).
Experience in hotels, fine dining, casual dining, banquets, or QSR setups.
