KRA :

Maintain cleanliness:

Keep kitchen, dining areas, and service stations spotless and sanitary. *

Handle dishes and supplies:

Wash and store dishes, glassware, and utensils; stock serving stations with necessary items like condiments and napkins.

Assist kitchen and serving staff:

Help with simple food preparation, unloading stock, and assisting waiters.

Provide basic customer service:

Answer phones, help with reservations, direct guests to restrooms, and clear tables.

In other settings

Events:

Manage crowd flow, guide pedestrians, assist with parking, and direct traffic to ensure safety and order.

Aviation/Maritime:

Ensure comfort and satisfaction for passengers by managing supplies and attending to their needs.

Data:

Manage and maintain data quality, document data elements, and oversee data governance for an organization.

Union:

Represent union members, investigate concerns, and assist with negotiations between members and management.
