The Steward plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service by assisting guests, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth day-to-day restaurant service operations.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and seat guests with courtesy.
Take and serve food & beverage orders efficiently.
Ensure tables are set and maintained properly.
Assist guests with menu queries and special requests.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth and timely service.
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in service areas.
Support billing and payment processes.
Follow service standards and company policies.
Requirements
Experience as Steward/Waiter in hotels or restaurants preferred.
Good communication skills in English & Hindi.
Presentable grooming and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a team.
Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
