About the Role:

PVR INOX Limited is seeking a

Steward (Service Associate)

to join our team and deliver outstanding dining service to our guests. As a Steward, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience throughout their visit.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements. Accurately take food and beverage orders. Serve food and drinks promptly and courteously. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tables and service areas. Respond effectively to guest inquiries and special requests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service. Set up and clear tables before and after guest use.

Job Requirements:

Minimum educational qualification: 12th Pass. Experience: 0-2 years in a similar role (freshers welcome). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of food and beverages. Positive, customer-friendly attitude and team spirit.
