The Steward is responsible for providing excellent customer service by assisting in food and beverage service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area, and ensuring guests have a pleasant dining experience at Daryaganj Restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests courteously and assist them in seating.
Provide water, cutlery, napkins, and other table setups before and during service.
Assist captains/servers in taking orders and serving food & beverages.
Ensure tables are clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
Clear tables after meals and reset them for the next guests.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant as per FSSAI and restaurant standards.
Replenish condiments, cutlery, crockery, and service equipment as required.
Assist in buffet setup, refilling dishes, and maintaining presentation.
Handle guest requests promptly and politely.
Support senior staff during peak hours and special events.
Follow grooming standards, safety guidelines, and restaurant SOPs.
