Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome guests warmly and professionally. Take food and beverage orders accurately and serve them promptly. Set up and clear tables efficiently before and after service. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in dining and service areas. Assist with buffet setup and banquet service when required. Ensure all glassware, cutlery, and crockery are clean and properly arranged. Communicate guest needs and feedback to supervisors or kitchen staff. Follow safety and hygiene regulations as per hotel standards. Restock service stations with supplies as needed. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude at all times.

Requirements:



High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior experience in F&B service or hospitality is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Customer service-oriented with a pleasant personality. Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. Team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
