Greeting Guests

Politely welcome guests and escort them to their tables.

Taking Orders

Present menus, answer questions, and take accurate food and drink orders.

Serving Food and Beverages

Serve meals and drinks professionally and on time.

Table Setup and Cleaning

Set tables before service and clear them after use. Maintain a clean dining area.

Customer Service

Ensure guest satisfaction, handle complaints politely, and respond to special requests.

Coordination with Kitchen Staff

Relay orders to the kitchen accurately and follow up on food preparation times.

Billing and Payments

Provide bills, accept payments, and return the correct change or process card payments.

Knowledge of Menu

Be familiar with menu items, ingredients, and daily specials to guide guests.

Follow Hotel Standards

Adhere to hotel service protocols, hygiene standards, and grooming guidelines.

Team Collaboration

Work closely with other waiters, kitchen, and housekeeping staff to ensure smooth service.
