Ensure proper labeling, packaging, and portioning of meals.
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas.
Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing food supplies.
Adhere to hospital food safety and hygiene protocols at all times.
Report any issues related to food quality, shortages, or equipment malfunctions.
