Job Description

A Steward in Food & Beverage (F&B) is the face of a restaurant or dining establishment. They are responsible for providing a top-notch dining experience by welcoming guests, taking accurate orders, serving food and drinks, and handling payments.

Their main duties include:

Greeting and Seating:

Warmly welcome guests and guide them to their tables.

Order Management:

Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and take food and drink orders accurately.

Service:

Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally, ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the meal.

Problem Resolution:

Handle any guest concerns or complaints with a positive and helpful attitude.

Payment Processing:

Accurately process payments and manage the point-of-sale (POS) system.
