We are seeking a hardworking and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Waiter/Steward. This dual role combines the responsibilities of providing excellent guest service as a waiter and supporting the kitchen operations as a steward.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Service (Waiter):
Greet guests warmly and escort them to their tables in the dining area
Present menus, explain specials, and make recommendations based on guest preferences
Take food and beverage orders accurately and input them into the point-of-sale system
Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring correct orders and proper presentation
Check on guests frequently, refilling drinks and addressing any additional needs
Process payments, handle cash and credit card transactions, and issue bills/receipts
Maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing and resetting tables
Steward Duties:
Assist in the dish room by operating and maintaining dishwashing machines
Manually wash, scrub, and polish pots, pans, and other cookware as needed
Ensure proper cleaning and sanitization of dishes, glassware, flatware, and kitchen equipment
Transport clean dishes, glassware, and other items to designated areas
Maintain cleanliness and organization in dish rooms, dish racks, and storage areas
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
