to assist the Managing Director in day-to-day personal and office-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be punctual, disciplined, and able to maintain confidentiality while ensuring smooth hospitality and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve meals, beverages, and refreshments to the MD and guests as per instructions.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the MD's office, pantry, and dining area.
Assist in planning and organising meetings, small gatherings, or hospitality events.
Ensure proper table setting, serving etiquette, and upkeep of crockery, cutlery, and glassware.
Manage inventory of kitchen / pantry items and requisition supplies as needed.
Attend to personal requests of the MD related to meals, beverages, and minor errands.
Coordinate with office staff and external vendors for smooth service.
Maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Prior experience as a steward / personal assistant / hospitality staff preferred.
Knowledge of professional serving etiquette and dining protocols.
Punctual, disciplined, and presentable.
Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail.
