Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and escort them to their tables.
Present menu options and take food & beverage orders accurately.
Serve food and drinks professionally and promptly.
Ensure tables are properly set before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area at all times.
Assist in clearing tables, refilling water, and attending to guest requests.
Coordinate with kitchen staff for smooth order delivery.
Handle billing and payment procedures if required.
Follow all food safety, sanitation, and service standards.
Maintain a friendly, polite, and professional attitude toward guests.
Qualifications & Skills:
10th / 12th pass or Diploma in Hotel Management preferred.
Previous experience as a Steward / Waiter in a restaurant or hotel is an advantage.
Good communication skills in English, Hindi, or Bengali.
Neat appearance, well-groomed, and courteous.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
Basic knowledge of table service and serving etiquette.
