Clean and maintain kitchen areas, utensils, equipment, and dishwashing sections
Operate dishwashing machines; ensure proper washing, drying & stacking of crockery and cutlery
Assist chefs with basic kitchen cleaning and organizing tasks
Maintain hygiene standards as per hotel policies
Support banquet operations with equipment cleaning and arrangement
Report maintenance issues and follow safety guidelines
Requirements:
1-2 years experience as Steward/Stewarding Staff in hotels or restaurants
Knowledge of cleaning chemicals & hygiene practices
Ability to work in shifts and fast-paced environments
Physically fit and a good team player
