Key Responsibilities

Greet guests, present menus, and serve food and beverages efficiently Ensure tables are clean and set before guests arrive Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the dining area Assist in clearing tables and resetting for next guests Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff for smooth service Handle guest queries courteously and professionally

Requirements

Prior experience in a restaurant or cafe preferred (1+ years) Good communication skills in English; knowledge of Hindi/Konkani is a plus Friendly attitude and team player Must be punctual, neat, and well-groomed

Assistant Bartender

Key Responsibilities

Assist the bartender in preparing and serving drinks Maintain cleanliness and stock of the bar area Cut garnishes, restock ice, clean glassware Support in taking and delivering bar orders Ensure bar tools and equipment are clean and ready Learn and assist with basic mixology techniques

Requirements

1+ year experience in bar support or F&B service Basic knowledge of cocktails and beverages Willingness to learn Japanese-inspired drinks Good communication and team coordination skills
