Key Responsibilities1. Patient Service & Hospitality

Provide high-standard hospitality service to patients and attendants in the VIP Ward. Ensure timely serving of meals, beverages, and special diet plans as per doctor/nutritionist instruction. Assist patients in setting up meals and ensure proper food presentation. Maintain courtesy, confidentiality, and empathy while interacting with patients and guests.

2. Hygiene & Cleanliness

Maintain cleanliness of patient rooms, dining trays, tables, utensils, and service areas. Ensure strict adherence to hospital hygiene and infection-control protocols. Dispose of waste in the prescribed manner.

3. Coordination & Communication

Coordinate with F&B, Nursing, and Housekeeping teams for smooth patient service. Inform nursing staff immediately about any patient complaints, special requests, or food-related issues. Assist in managing VIP guest requirements and ensure premium service quality.

4. Food Handling & Safety

Follow proper food-handling standards as per hospital policy. Check food temperature, freshness, and quality before serving. Ensure diet stickers, patient name, room number, and timing are correct before delivery.

5. Inventory & Supplies

Maintain stock of cutlery, crockery, tissue papers, water bottles, and other consumables. Report shortage or damage to the supervisor promptly. Ensure all equipment is cleaned and stored properly after use.

6. Professional Conduct

Maintain grooming standards, wear proper uniform, ID card, gloves, and mask. Follow all hospital policies, safety protocols, and behavior guidelines. Uphold privacy and dignity of VIP patients at all times.

Pay: ?8,086.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
