Job Description

Experience in EDI with extensive experience in using Sterling Integrator/ Gentran Integration Suite or other Middleware tools exp is required. Experience in ANSI X12/EDIFACT EDI Transactions and Good knowledge on XML.
Experience with eCommerce and B2B technical implementations including map development, business process development, XLST and middleware application configuration.
Experience in Setting up communication with customer with FTP/SFTP/AS2/SMTP/HTTP/ HTTPS/ POP3/ IMAP/oAuth.
XML based transactions and flat files to be handled as per customer requirement.
New interface development in SI based on customer change requests.
Technical support function - monitor and analyze transactions coming in the team mailbox and take necessary action as needed.
Knowledge with Application Installation/Patching/Upgrade would be plus.
The right candidate will possess capabilities to handle the EDI Specific requirements end to end on his/ her own.
Regular follow up with customers on emails sent to the mailbox and related stakeholders till issue resolution.
Conduct periodic application stability checks for any issues with existing business processes, etc.
Experience in working in an onsite-offshore model is desirable.
Should be able to Guide/Mentor team on Development Projects & Production support issues.
Should be able to handle stakeholders and hold design discussions independently.
Should possess good communication skills and provide accurate status reporting.
Should understand the needs of the business and able to act as per the project demands
