Role Overview:
We're hiring a
Steno-Typist
to work closely with our Managing Director. You'll accompany him in meetings and client sessions, capturing verbal inputs, instructions, and client histories in real time. You'll also transcribe video/audio recordings into well-structured documentation that fuels execution and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Take live meeting and session notes with accuracy and speed
Transcribe client narratives and instructions verbatim
Convert audio/video recordings into structured written documents
Organize meeting records and support actionable follow-ups
Coordinate with teams to ensure documented instructions are implemented
Requirements:
Proficient in English (spoken & written)
Fast and accurate typing on computer
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Google Docs, and email
Prior experience as a stenographer, executive assistant, or coordinator is a plus
Strong listening, observation, and documentation skills
High confidentiality and presence of mind
